Discuss the enforceability of oral versus written contract. Which form of contract is more attractive and practical for the business community? Why? Do either of the two formats have an advantage over the other and, if so, what?

Each paper must be a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) pages, double spaced.  Written in 12-point Arial font (this syllabus is 12 Arial)  Each paper must include a bibliography setting forth a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) resources utilized in the drafting of the paper.
