What are your thoughts on performance based incentives? How does it increase motivation? Does this take away from people's personal responsibility to wellness? Are incentives offered in the United States? How?  (Answer one or some or all of these questions?) 2 paragraph

All you have to dois write a response to this statement. it can be a paragraph. basically you can agree or disagrre with this.(I believe that performance based incentives are a great way to motivate people to increase the use of their health facilities. The incentives this program offer whether it be cash, transportation, office visits, etc. really encourage people to get more healthcare. If a person is offered cash and they need it, they may be more opt to getting a vaccine or getting their child a vaccine. Money is definitely a huge motivation to people and conditional cash transfers allow poverty levels to decrease while also positively affecting the health nutrition, and so on of children in those settings.  The focus on helping people internationally is great however there is still more research necessary to deem these incentives significantly positive. It seems to be a great idea, but funds and budgets are a great issue in many countries and developing countries. The United States definitely offers incentives including helping in Afghanistan. These incentives allow the workers in these healthcare facilities to offer great help to the people in Afghanistan along with others incentives through motivation.)
