Two part discussion:

1- Explain the significant ways that an awareness of emotional intelligence can improve the work environment.

Select two situations in which emotional intelligence has improved employee's effectiveness.  When addressing the issues raised keep in mind that our enviornment dictate the norms for displaying emotions, resulting ina cultural emotional barrier whenever members from different parts of the world interact.
