When it comes to “crunch time,” teams might devolve as everyone tries to complete their tasks and merge their components with those contributed by their team members.  How has your team dealt with timelines and ensuring that all individual items conform to a team standard?  What are the “pain points” that have arisen as everyone tries to get the final version ready?
