Discussions are actively simulated on social problems of interest by the government agency utilizing several social media outlets. Government agencies policy makers and citizens use the technological architecture of the ICT to actively participate in the policy creation (Janssen, Wimmr & Deljoo, 2015). Figure 12.3 shows the active crowdsourcing ICT platform technological architecture.
