Select two that you would like to learn more about. Using the research findings discussed in the Northouse text as well as your own research, write a comparative analysis including the following:

• Their professional experiences and career success, including their current roles.
• What are the women’s respective leadership styles? How are their styles different from men’s in similar roles?
• What are the similarities and differences between these leaders? How does the research cited in our textbook fit (or not fit) the experience of these women?
• How might culture impact how we view women in leadership? How might we use Geert Hofstede's 6 dimensions, specifically masculinity and femininity (see the videos in instructional resources) when assessing women as leaders?
