With the help of Juran and others, by the 1980s, Japanese products surged past products made in the United States in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. Discuss the quality of products and services produced in the United States today in relation to other countries. What country produces superior products and services? Explain your position in terms of the key elements of quality discussed in this module. What country will be the global leader in quality over the next 30 years and why?
