The competing opinions on police oversight are articulated in Chapter 4. Please provide your position on citizen oversight of law enforcement, particularly in the current climate of Black Lives Matter, and intense scrutiny of police shootings. Do you think citizen oversight is valid and necessary or a political knee jerk. One or two paragraphs is sufficient, but they need to be substantive.
