The "lone wolf" attacks by Muslim extremists in the USA and around the world

have been inspired by ISIS.  Do you think President Donald Trump should

order an all out war against ISIS including US ground troops.  Why or why not?

feared that there could be another attack.  

The head of the CIA told President Bush that Iraq had a stockpile of weapons of mass destruction that they could give or sell to terrorist groups.
