Discussion 1:

In order to talk about leadership paradox, I would like to talk about it, it is something leaders without their concern they create or maintain a boundary where they follow their norms and regulations how team can do the process. Sometimes it can be a place where the team wanted to reach, leaders phase lot of issues when it comes to developing the team and making it capable and dependent in the company, it is very different for a leader to come into norms where every employee under them needs to agree.

On the other side it is very difficult for a leader to support terms of a company meeting the needs of the locals and location. There will be difficulties in newly formed teams, teams leader should always come to a solution which can calm both, they cannot test the results.

To improve the strategies first team leader should analyze in every aspect and form the team and talk to every individual and come out of the box thinking, the team should go in a way that they can help every other person with everything. The team leader should form team where he can process the help and support localities.

A leader should implement various strategies and make it complicated so that the team should be able to face the problems and solve the issues, leader should be able to work on aspects on various problems of the team and help the team from there nature and vulnerabilities.

Biases are common in every team where we have to list the biases and look for the solution, it obviously brings to a frustration point. We have to maintain and help the problems in the corporate society.

Discussion 2:

Leadership Paradox is a way of leadership that influences other people with their leadership style. Leadership Paradox has the capability to transform the system of fear into a system of freedom. This paradox is not common in all organizations. Leadership paradox is sometimes beneficial to the organization where the mangers or leaders strictly follow the company terms and get the job done and on the other side leaders give opportunities to team members to take their input and make them happy. Dilemmas like Structured or unstructured? People or Processes? Incremental or radical? Fall under paradoxes of leadership (Oana-Maria, 2016). Generally, there are four types of paradoxes in leadership styles, they are unpredictable, unstable, non-linear, and fast-paced (Oana-Maria, 2016).

The leadership style of the leader has a great influence on the team members. A person will join an organization based on its nature of job and work but will leave the organization because of its leader (Flynn, 2016). For this reason, leaders should be very careful when judging the team members and giving them the opportunity for Employees' opinions when selecting the participative management style. This style gives a good opportunity for increasing employee morale, encouraging creative ideas and increasing employee retention for the new hires. Some of the strategies to increase the participative management are (Esopadmin, 2015),

Implementing a bottom-up approach for communications than a top-down which reduced the dictated policy and gives the opportunity for employees to share.

Participation should be non-judgmental so that employees don’t feel like following a rule book instead of expanding it for achieving better results.

Decision-making should be encouraged at all levels of employees and should be acknowledged and rewarded so that it created a participative environment among employees and doesn’t feel like left out.

Discussion 3:

Any leader with the paradox behavior will acquire the paradoxical leadership. This kind of leadership is more flexible and encourages to be creative in kind of delicate situations or problems to avoid criticism. The main ideology of the paradoxical leadership is to be more serious about the ideas and should able to implement them. Any manger with the paradox leadership qualities will follow some strategies. As a team leader it is not easy to handle the employees all the time. Team lead will face the most challenging issues in the team. Change is the major one that should be accepted by the leader with which they have to be prepared for any kind of inevitable things. It is important to handle the employees with the kind and positive attitude. Recommending a person who wants to leave the organization for better opportunity is a true leadership quality. Letting the team know about the bad news of the project without any drama. Being motivated and helping the employees in any kind of work needs. Adopting all kind of cultures and face the criticism with positivity.

For a successful organization a leader which have all the leadership qualities is very important. In any business if all the employees become the leader in their place the decisions are taken quickly by making customers happy and better time utilization. For every team there should be borders when a work is assigned to a team it is important to make sure to educate them the formal and informal leadership qualities. Leader should have steady idea of information of the customers, project and the market-based decisions. They must be transparent in every aspect. Employees decisions are should be considered and encourage their ideas. Should be passionate of the work that they are doing and set the rules within them to make valuable decisions that are important for the company.

Nature of the group is the one of the most element to cause the inter team conflicts. It can be independence, different ideology and the making name. In a group there are qualities that can help to raise and there are other which can fall apart due to uniqueness of the employees. Relationship between the individual or the group can reflect the opinions based on their characteristics. By limiting the resources and assigning the individual the work based on their skills and ability will always reduce the inter team conflicts.
