What is meant by"thinking like a leader?. How do leaders thinking?According to( Robin Sharma's youtube video); Leadership is not about title, a leadership is not about the size of your office, leadeship is not form of authority. Leadership is the heart set, leadership is the mind set. The people always think that they will be come a leader when have a title/position, the leadership is the life style of an individual, so a leadership is practicable in every where; in the family, in the group members, in an organizational big or small. Don't let the title put you in the mistake, when a person get the chance to be a leader, it is the occasion to spreads the knowledge, commitment, positiveness, freindly to the subordinates.    The great two of 5 key tools of (Robin Sharma ).  I want  pointing can help a person to become a great leader: install the lead without a title mind set. A good leader does not considers his title when leading group,or any kind of organizational, even if you meet him in the group you can't know by whom is the leader. In other wards the leader has much contributes/work than the subordinates.Specailly in Africa we have bad experiences of the leaders, already we set in mind that a leader do only supervise, no more work. With this unethical experience most of African countries leadership are totaly different to the US leadership style. US a leader customizes to work more, in contrast most African leadership style, the subordinates work more than a leader. They ignore that whenever you become a leader you be humble even that the followers, and you become their servant.    The second key tools of a good leader is grow other leaders : A good leader is the one who much contributes and hard work training his followers for the future leadership. Here a leader build next successors who will replace him when he will getting retirement, or die. And through this kind of the leader, hi vision/targets will always geting done. A leader can die but his vision never die. Example of current Rwandan president Paul Kagame, now he finished his final term in presidential office, the senates and parliament members votes new law which will allow Mr president Paul Kagame to be a presidential election candidate, in intire country they are unable to find new one who is able like president Kagame!!! In all he's terms didn't trains/growth the future leader. This issue funded in most African countries where the presidents refuse to transfers power smoothly, but always conflicts.   I dentify and evaluete a leader who displays examplary leadership skills. We have many inspires leaders, but I want to evaluate Mr former South African president Nelson Mandela. This leader was leaded in situations which was seems not favorable.( Aparteide). 18 of 27 years of Mandela lives in jail, aat the brutal Robben Island prison, a former leper colony of the coast of Cape Town, where he was confined to a small cell without a bed or plumbing and asked to do hard labor in a time quarry. After 27 years in prison Nelson Mandela was freed in 1990 and negociated the end of Aparteide in South Africa and bring peace to a racially divided country and leading the fight for Human Rights around the world. Why I choose this leader?. After freed Nelson Mandela 1990, the people specially whites thought that he will be came more enger, but what the world expected from him becomes totally different, he didn't even thinking revenge to the white Island colony, but he fight for a human rights not the ethnics rights. Here the black people expect that when Mandela become free from prison, he gonna lead the black movement to fight against whites, and this was results most of South African people became against and denied him. But Mandela did not giving up to his vision and objectives to eradicate Aparteide which was divided black and whites, in different places; Bus, schools, etc, where black people excluded.   What makes Nelson Mandela successful?Nelson Mandela demonstrated remarkable leadership qualities, which was inspires millions people in the world and make him to be a over great leader and successes:He was a man of peace, he had a powerful presence and desarmed enemies with his smile, he showed the world what forgiveness looks like, he was positive thinking, thinking about what could be, he was a visionary and could see the big picture, he was focused on goalsand a mission beyond himself, he had remarkable endurance, he showed great determination, he was humble, etc   I can point that a leader who consider this qualities, he never be forgeted and these are the qualities which can lead the leaders to succeed and reaching the goals, Nelson Mandela is the big moniment of what leadership is. In the African countries, he remarkes how a leader can working in presidential office and transfer the power peacefuly.      ReferencesArticle details: History.com published 2009, title: Nelson MandelaURL:http/www.history.com/nelson-mandelaYoutube: Robin Sharma: What is the leadership?. Discussion #2What is meant by "thinking like a leader"? How do leaders think?

* “Thinking like a leader” means demonstrating skills that allow one to make decisions and take charge of difficult situations. Not all situations are difficult, however, thinking critically and taking the initiative to lead demonstrates confidence and proficiency. Leaders should understand the company’s mission, visions, and values. The culture or environment of a company tells most about the organizations environment. Leadership thinking can be challenging. Critical thinkers have an impact on the people they lead. Ibarra (2015) suggest that making small changes within themselves and the job will allow the out-dated leadership style to evolve. For example, using the concept “think first and then act” helps a leader to learn through action. When there is more to share with employees, they learn why, and what relationship matter, what kind of work is important, and how a person should invest his or her time.

* Identify and evaluate a leader who displays exemplary leadership skills. How does this leader think? Why did you choose this leader?

This discussion is about a well- known filmmaker named Steven Spielberg who started as early as the year 1967. He does display exemplary leadership skills. This man became famous and very created in the implementation of the movie “jaws”. His inventiveness of the way he produced this film, had people at the edge of their seats. His best rebuttal film was “The Color Purple.” (Tolson, 2008).

Many things made Mr. Spielberg a great leader and producer, but his thought process, and work was so astounding, it sometimes brought criticism. His thinking was different than a normal leader; he was described as the most prominent American filmmakers. Because Hollywood was a business, they felt responsible for his gifted and humane personality; so

unexpected, at times that it impacted social problems. He was inspired by the life that his parents lived, facing divorce. As a young boy he used his father’s camera to take pictures, eliminating the heartbreak of the changes during that period. I chose Steven Spielberg because he was a critical thinker. When people think of leaders, they think of ministers, administrators and ministers, and political people.  According to Walsh (2011) if Mr. Spielberg’s films stopped, people would miss a great American leader.

              *  In your opinion, what makes this leader successful? Provide examples of his or her success.

In my opinion this leader was creative in his thinking. He owned the leadership by producing in a manner, he knew would impact individuals. For example, whether the film was historical or suspense, the idea was to drive people to thinking and get the response to make each movie extraordinary. The critical thinking of this filmmaker made him deplorable, but rich in creativeness as a director.
