What community health nursing intervention strategies will best be suited to address your selected health concern? How you will integrate these methods into your project?

ASSIGNMENT

Here is the assignment for week 4 with special clarifications.  PLEASE provide HEADINGS for each topic and subtopic. By providing headings, you can insure that you have addressed each objective of the assignment.

Submit an essay of the developed ACTION PLAN for a community educational project. The project plan should include:

Title page (Look in book or how to space the title page and which words should be in bold print); NO RUNNING HEADS!!!)

Introduction: (What is this essay going to discuss? Written action plan for my educational project about XXXX.)  

Action Plan

• 2 (two) goals and 2 objectives based on your topic from Healthy People 2020 or 2030,
• an implementation plan for implementing these activities (How will you implement your educational topic? In other words, what will it take for you to have a successful educational project?
• a budget (if necessary, not required)--YOU CAN state "budget not required for this activity"
• a justification for the project (why is this educational topic needed?)
• a description of where and when the plan will be implemented (why this location, why this method of presentation and why this date and time)
• a description of the teaching materials which will be utilized during the execution of the project (posters, power points, prezi, handouts, games, etc.). IMPORTANT: in weeks 6-8 you will need to show images or pictures of the item or items you are using, so start taking and saving pictures of those items to have for those weeks).
