Your PICOT question will fall under one of these types:

Therapy/Prevention

  • Meaning (meaning of the experience to the patient's)

4. Once the PICO type is identified, it is easier to determine the type of primary research that is specific to the type pf clinical question

Therapy: Randomized controlled trials (RCT), Controlled trials

Prevention: Randomized controlled trials (RCT), Controlled trials

“Hi

This question does follow the PICO format :

P- Patient/population/problem ( Adults diagnosed with MDD)

I-Intervention- what you are doing — participation in peer support program

C-Comparison - standard counseling services

O- Outcome - greater improvement in mood disorder symptoms ( specifics of what is being looked for in each comparison may be defined later)

T-Time - within a six month period following initiation of treatment

So, I do not see anything that I see needs to be altered.

Hope this helps!

Have a good afternoon,”
