Do you believe justice should be the same for all social economic classes? How could we ensure that justice is served?

Do you believe justice should be the same for all social economic classes? How could we ensure that justice is served? How would we be able to take politics out of the equation in the dispensing of justice? Studies show there are a disportioncate number of poor who go to prisons, are stopped by the police, are given traffic citations, etc. Is this an unintended consequence of our judicial system, where the rich and affluent get the benefit of the doubt, or is this just the nature of our social-economic paradigm where the poor tend to be more susceptible to criminal endeavors? Then how do you respond to the court ruling where a male Stanford student was given a light slap on the wrist for allegedly raping an unconscious female student? What are you thoughts on the subject and whether the laws should change, if so, how and why? Explain why or why not.
