Do you think the rational legal authority model can actually impede on having a civil organization or society. Some scholars have argued that the more rules and bureaucracy that exists then more opportunity for someone to find a way to break the law or take advantage of the system and this happens sometimes in organizations a well. I think it is important to have rules and protocols, but also it important to have some balance perhaps. What are your thoughts on this?
