Draft (two) 150-200-word problem statements that address current situations, issues, or observations in your field of study or discipline. My field of study is business and the current situation is that government agencies do not tend to  reign in women supervisors or women in leadership positions who are hostile with some of their female employees.

Each problem's description should be written in such a way as to lead to a different research method (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed method).
