discuss specific reasons to explain why some occupations offer higher pay than others. so everyone has a good understanding of the reasons for pay differentials when they do their own specific comparison.

Each team member should select two occupations, one that offers relatively high pay and another that offers relatively low pay, and do some research on the two occupations. For example, I might choose the occupations of Accountant and Customer Service Representative because I believe that the former offers substantially higher pay than the latter and I have a working hypothesis to explain the pay difference based on experience and education. I would then do some research on the two to find out if my beliefs are correct.

Each team member will write their own individual section, approximately 200 words in length. In your section, describe the two occupations you chose and write about what you learned as you conducted research on these two specific occupations.
