Ellis Watson decided he would like to live in the country. He purchased a home with five acres of land in an exclusive area of acreages. After living there for two years, a neighbor to the west started a business raising pigs for an organic bacon market. The smell from the pigs was extremely offensive and Watson was forced to remain indoors most of the time.  The county zoning laws prohibit the keeping of animals for commercial purposes in this area. Although he complained to the county government, nothing was done. He sued his neighbor in a civil court. What remedy would be appropriate in this case and why ?
