This is your supervisor Ron Miller calling I learned in this morning management meeting that several changes have been made to company’s vacation policy. I am calling to alert you to the new vacation policy and the new regulations being implemented. In the new vacation policy employees with three or less years of service will now have a full week of paid vacation. Employees that have between 3 and 5 years of service will now have two full weeks of paid vacation while employees with 5 years or more of service will be offered 3 full weeks of vacation. In accordance, with this new policy employees must now submit a vacation request at least one month prior to the vacation date. Employees are also required submit a vacation to their direct supervisor keep in mind though no more than two employees in any one department can be on vacation at the same time.
