Spanish cooking project /25 pts.
To end our food unit, you are going to prepare an authentic Hispanic dish to share with the class! If you choose to bring your food in to share with the class, you must actually prepare the recipe yourself (it cannot be store bought) and it must be a dish that is typically eaten in a Spanish speaking country. It cannot be a dish like tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas etc which are common in the United States as well as Mexico.
First, select an authentic recipe. There is a list of ideas on the back of this page, however, you may choose other recipes as well, AS LONG AS THEY ARE AUTHENTIC.
