Hi, I need a 2000 word paper as following:

The overall topic is „It is unethical to discriminate based on a persons physical appearance when hiring in the workplace".

Evaluate the topic  from the perspective of two normative ethical theories (like it is explained below) and justify why they are relevant for the topic. 

Explanation to the two normative ethical theories:

Choose ethical theories that you consider relevant and justify why they are relevant for the topic. 

(Theories you can use:

Egoism Theory- Adam Smith;

Utilitarianism Theory-Jeremy Bentham/John Stuart Mill;

Ethics of duties Theory- Immanuel Kant;

Right & Justice Theory- John Locke/John Rawls)

Make sure the theories work to support the next section. Refer back to what you wrote in section 1 to support what you write in section 2,3 etc. Use references to Kant, Bentham, Hobbs, Rawls, Gilligan Nussbaum etc. whoever you think will help provide a USEFUL APPLICATION to support what you are writing. Show evidence of looking into the theoretical concepts beyond just the basics!!!

Frame the issues as questions: Is it right to discriminate based on a persons physical appearance when hiring in the workplace? Why not? Then answer the question from the perspective of all that went before. Present your answer from the „big“ perspective - the resultant likely impact on business and society and the world.

Articulate your own reflections on the ethical issues associated with the topic after considering from key stakeholder perspectives. Present a valid argument to support your viewpoint using current business issues to support your views. Be sure to provide references to support your views and to help produce a logical argument.
