Ethical Theory Paper

ETHICAL THEORY PAPER:  An ethical theory paper will be for the purpose of examining one of the particular ethical theories that will be discussed in class ( feminist ethics ). The student will be asked to analyze the argument presented in a particular theory and make explicit the salient points, considering how those points (assumptions) are supposed to be connected to and lead to the author’s conclusion.  The student should be able to explicate the more complex claims with illustrative examples.  The paper will be from 4 to 6 pages in length and should be based upon documented research.Research must be internally documented (within the body of the text), and there must be a works cited or bibliography page. At least five sources are needed; at least one source should be primary and at least two sources should be non-internet. There should be at least four pages of content.

All writing should use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, with one inch margins. A hardcopy of each assignment must be submitted to the instructor. All assignments and tests must be prefaced with the student’s name, along with course and section numbers.
