QUESTION

Euthanasia Assisted Suicide

Is there a moral distinction between giving someone the means to end their own life, and you ending it for them (at their request)? It's true that, legally there is a distinction, which we discuss in the textbook. However, this is a separate question; viz., is the distinction defensible ethically? Try to apply one or two of the moral theories we've studied so far in the course.
