Final Memo

• Write a memo of approximately 1,000 words that proposes a solution to the professional dilemma you identified at the start of the class. 

         The memo should:

• • Be written for your supervisor.
  • Explain the situation and why it is an ethical problem.
  • Propose a workable solution to the problem and why you believe this solution will work.
  • Propose a course of action to implement the solution you recommend.

• Include any citations or references used to support your memo following the guidelines in the West Writing Style Handbook
• Include a paragraph on a new page in the same Word document where you reflect on and summarize what you learned this week and in the course.
