Final Paper/Research Report: Students will prepare a written research report based on an analysis of how cultural managerial behaviors practices influence a given Company operating in two different countries when it comes to value/cultural system, and economic development.

It must be a written report (approximately 10 pages) Font: Text must be no smaller than 11 point, and no greater than 13 point. Italic, script and other highly stylized type is unacceptable.

Your Research Report will be organized as follows:

1. Country/Company Selection: You are going to select an International Company that conduct businesses in the U.S. and in another country (you decide what other country). Describe the general characteristics of the country/company selected and explain why you have selected that particular company in that particular country and the challenges the Company is facing trying to penetrate the new foreign market. .
2. Analysis: Analyze the two countries managerial behavior according to the dimensions you have chosen (select a minimum of 3 dimensions discussed in class). Also explain what have been the changes/adaptations the Company went through in order to successfully operate in the foreign country and remain competitive at the global market. Support your findings with 3 journal articles which deal with the relevant topics.
3. Conceptualization: What are the main things that you have learned about the company in the country you selected in terms of conducting business? This part should include insights which increased your understanding of the particular professional behavior of executives on the specific country you have selected and its theoretical premises.
4. References: Please list the references that you used in the essay.
