First, watch the two videos below which describe a crisis that Target faced. Next, use one of the following three theories to analyze how well Target did in their response: Organizational Legitimacy, Situational Crisis Communication Theory, or Organizational Learning. 

Be sure to provide an evaluation; were the effective or not, and to what extent? Then, using one of the theories above, explain why they were effective or not. I would recommend reading about the theories but also considering the lectures I provided about them. All three theories have components within them that you can use for analysis.

Type this up in a 1-2 page paper (double-spaced); you can either write in essay form or use the three guiding questions as a list. Be sure to use the textbook or lecture to support you claims. If you use the textbook, cite it like this: 

"Sellnow and Seeger (2021) argue ..."
