As I am looking at the six leadership styles identified by goleman in 2000, I am confused on how the communication aspect between these styles can be used to get people to rightfuly interpretate your message. Can you help me explain how different communicatioonstyles and leadership styles have to be identified in order to get the people that the message was meant for to understand your message and get the perceived outcome?
