Draft a disciplinary policy for the company. Using 350-500 words, identify employee discrimination risks and analyze how the disciplinary policy will help to mitigate those risks.

Part 3:

Draft a succession plan for the business using 350-500 words. Each team member should have some ownership interest in the business.
