Researchers must often think about the needs continuum to conduct effective studies of motivation. In this activity, you are expected to consider the different points along the needs continuum and the theories that might relate to these points.find three research articles published since 2000 that discuss the role of need in human motivation or that describe a needs hierarchy in humans. Building on the content you learned in the three articles, construct your own needs hierarchy that is consistent with the findings reported in the three articles. In your initial post, address the following:

•  Describe and explain your needs hierarchy. Be sure to give examples for each level in the hierarchy. •  Discuss the key findings in the article that led to the construction of your needs hierarchy.
