This could be a single incident or repetitive motion issue. Why did the hazard exist? Was the business negligent in providing proper protection or training for their employees, or was the employee not following workplace rules, protocols, training, etc.? Discuss the occupational organizations (governmental and/or non-governmental) that might be involved when investigating the workplace injury.
