For this activity, use the SWOT analysis framework to begin evaluating which location (Russia or South Korea) would be best suited for an international expansion of one of the organizations listed in your final project document. Use the SWOT analysis to consider possible strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with an international expansion to South Korea and Russia, and compare the results of each country’s suitability for potential international expansion.

For this discussion, provide the following for each country (Russia and South Korea) relative to the product or service of the organization you will select:

• Describe at least two weaknesses or threats that could impact the expansion’s success.
• Include at least one cross-cultural challenge of conducting business in this region.
• Briefly discuss a potential ethical issue you could encounter and what type of contract(s) may be needed to address this issue.

For this final project, you will select the following organization:

The organization you select is seeking to expand internationally to either Russia or South Korea. You are tasked with recommending one country that will house a new manufacturing/warehousing facility. It is presumed that the warehouse will be at the same site as the manufacturing facility. Note that for this project you should use the existing product that the organization you select currently offers. (You do not need to come up with a new product). Since these organizations may offer a variety of products or services, narrow it down by selecting a high-level product line (e.g., food products, industrial equipment, electronics, communications, etc.). If you select NTT Group, which provides a service, focus on the product required to provide that service
