1. Identify a challenge or issue related to communication and describe it in the space provided. Make sure you explain what you already know about the topic. Discuss what interests you about it or why it bugs you.
2. You've identified what you already know about the topic. Now, write a few questions about what you'd like to know more.
3. Choose one of the questions and speculate about what you think the answer might be.
4. List 5-10 keywords or phrases you might use to start your research in the library's databases. What sort of information do you get from sources like Wikipedia and Google Scholar?  Can you trust them?  Why?
