For this assignment, you will need to upload and submit the following:

1.  College success skills action plan, which should address the following for each of your top 3 weaknesses: 

• A specific plan to address each of your top 3 weaknesses
• How your plan will specifically help improve your top 3 weaknesses
• An overview of what you must do to ensure that your plan is successful
• Identifying specific Valencia resources to support your plans, and why they will help ensure they are successful

2.  A written reflection that requires you to think deeply about your action plan for each area. The reflection should include: 

• a discussion of the results from (a) the learning styles assessment and (b) the study skills inventory, and how they helped shape your action plans for each area
• brief overview of the three plans and how they will work together to improve your work in other courses

3.  The reflection should be a minimum of 350 words and formatted according to MLA style and submitted inside a MS Word or PDF document. There should a minimum of 2 uploads.
