For this week’s assignment, you are to complete a paper on the issue of what Cohen refers to as the “Perpetual Crisis in Public Management

In this paper, summarize the main arguments Cohen makes. Then explain the effectiveness of at least two government responses to a crisis using the course readings for this week. Finally, taking the role of a leader in a nonprofit or government organization, explain what actions you might take to improve accountability and responsiveness to the constituents (citizens or clients) you serve.

Be sure to support your assignment with specific references to the resources and other current literature in the Walden Library. Use at least two scholarly sources from the library that were published within the past 5 years to support your paper.
