For this week’s assignment, you will submit a paper outlining your research strategy that will support the development of your research project.  Your paper should present your research topic, research question(s) and its significance.  The paper should include three (3) to five (5) scholarly sources in an annotated bibliography format that will aid in answering your research questions. Note that in The Craft of Research reading this week there are three headings about sources on pp 36-39 and by Week 4 in the discussion you want to progress to the highest level in 3.1.3 via the college library for scholarly sources.  Also note that dotcom sites are usually commercial or have another agenda and shouldn't be cited.
