For Unit 1, this week’s DB questions are:

1) Considering a Project that you have been involved with in your personal, academic, or professional life, from Larson Chapter 1, Figure 1.4, Identify and define three of the six Sociocultural and three of the six Technical Dimensions of Projects that applied to your project.

2) Was your project Compliance, Operational, or Strategically oriented, and Why?

3) How did your selected dimensions apply to your project and how did they affect the outcome of the project? 

4) Was your project successful?

5) Why, or Why not?

DBs are expected to be 400 to 500 words in length, with Larson as the primary course connection / reference, and at least one additional course reference or outside source applied to your discussion.
