a.     Read an input file whose lines are in the form home/harris-1462-sftp/home/harris-1462-sftp/inbound/HarrisCorp_To_IA_20170726.csv

b.     Replace a space in the filename by underscore. For example, if the filename HarrisCorp_To_IA_20170726.csv was written as Harris Corp_To_IA_20170726.csv, it would become Harris_Corp_To_IA_20170726.csv

c.     Partition the input file into archived (files found in the system) and nonarchived (files not found in the system)
