Review the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.(GINA).

• Explain the purpose of GINA.
• Summarize the five congressional findings that helped to create the final GINA law, including a description of at least two elements noted within those congressional findings.
