Go to the top right hand corner to create your profile. Write down the dates when you began recording the daily intake up to the last day of intake in the box called “view report from” “thru” in order to obtain an analysis of your weekly intake.The reports that need to be viewed are as follows: Food groups and calories, nutrients report, food details, meal summary and physical activity report. For the “food details” you need to select the following information for each individual day: under grains: whole grains, vegetables, empty calories and dietary fiber.Under the “Nutrients report”, you are required to provide the percentage of weekly intake of the following nutrients: proteins, carbohydrates, fat, saturated fats, linoleic acid, alpha linolenic acid, calcium, iron, and vitamin E. You will need this information to answer some of the questions below. In order to obtain this information, you need to click on the + sign that is located to the left of the nutrient. After analyzing your weekly intake of foods then answer the following questions:•What percentage of calories were consumed from carbohydrates, fat, saturated fat and protein? Show your work.•Explain your daily intake in percentages for whole grains, vegetables, empty calories and dietary fiber which you can find under “food details” report. In addition, please provide foods that you will include or exclude from your diet in order to improve your overall intake for each group.•Are you meeting the dietary guidelines of 2010 for all of your nutrients? In detail, please provide an explanation of your intake for the following nutrients: proteins, carbohydrates, fat, saturated fats, linoleic acid, alpha linolenic acid, calcium, iron, and vitamin E. In addition, please provide foods that you will include or exclude from your diet in order to improve your overall intake for each group.•After you have recorded your daily physical activities, which is under “super tracker”(physical activity tracker) then view your summary of weekly physical activities under “physical activity report” and compare it to the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
