As we exit the history of education, we will sail onto the shores of monumental court cases that have impacted education. Please review the documents in module 2 and 3. Module 2 focuses on school finance and module 3 focuses on court cases. Our next assignment deals with supreme court cases. 

Your task is to select a court case and prepare a case brief. A sample case brief is available and can be found under course documents.
