HA 345Upload Assignment: HR Functional Plan Draft Assignment #1 - Internal Analysis (Click here to submit assignment) .ContentAssignment Information Due DateWednesday, April 1, 201511:59 PMPoints Possible100. .1. For this assignment you will prepare the draft for the Internal Analysis of your HR plan. Note: The HR Plan directions are in the Appendix of you HR book.2. Prior to beginning your work on this project, it will save you time and frustration if you read the entire project (the appendix). Certainly, before preparing this particular draft of the Internal Analysis you will need to read the material in the Appendix up to the Internal Analysis and the material in the Internal Analysis.3. The first part of this assignment is to cut and paste the Internal Analysis Portion of the HR Functional Plan Outline into a Word file (See HR Functional Plan Outline in BBLearn Assignments/Due Dates). You will need to use this outline for your plan.4. There is also a Sample HR Functional Plan here in BBLearn to help you understand what is expected. This plan is over 40 pages long. A quality plan that follows the directions can be about 20 pages long. Since there are 9 sections in the plan, that means some sections may be one page long and others, a few pages long.5. For the draft of the Internal Analysis, you must do your best to have a substantive paragraph for each of the 10 parts of the Human Resource Management section of the Internal Analysis. Substantive refers to the concept that you need information that will help you to make decisions about what your firm is currently doing in that area (e.g., morale, training, etc.), which will later help you determine what changes you need to make--your strategies and tactics. You will also need to have something for the Marketing (one sentence for each of the 4 Ps of marketing and marketing management is fine) and Operations sections of the Internal Analysis (one or a few sentences for operations is fine). The Finance section is optional--if you have information that has a bearing on your plan, you can include it.
