Hannah is a 75-year-old, Cuban American female whose husband passed away 6 months ago.  She lives alone in the house they shared for 50 years.  Her husband handled the bills and finances.  Hannah has arthritis and diabetes.  She is a Catholic and regularly attended church until recently.  She does not drive due to poor eyesight.  Hannah’s family live out-of-state.  She has complained to her doctor of feeling worthless, depressed, and anxious about her finances.
