#1 After looking into several ACO I decided to research Fresenius Medical Care. With over 2,200 + U.S dialysis centers and being that my mother works for the company, I found it a perfect fit. Their mission statement is “To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in health care industry are judged.” This mission statement is straightforward and direct which is their number one priority is quality of life. Their overall vision is to be the trusted provider and valued partner by building the premier integrated renal disease network, expanding into a leading integrated chronic care network.
Six values that this company stands by is

I feel that having these aspect withing a health care setting will provide a safe and cohesive environment for everyone. Upon further research the board focuses on sustainable growth. #2 T.J.Samson Community Hospital has been a critical part in caring for the residents of south central Kentucky for 88 years. Located in Glasgow, Kentucky T.J.Samson has made it their highest concern to provide patients with health care that is respectful, compassionate and convenient since 1929. Their mission statement is stated on the website "T.J.Samson Community Hospital will promote and provide for the health and well-being of those we serve." Their vision is described as "As a regional health care provider, T.J. Samson Community Hospital takes pride in being good stewards of our available resources and utilizing them to anticipate and meet the health needs of the region by promoting health in our communities and delivering quality, appropriate and compassionate care." Their core values are listed as
