My aunt passed away from kidney disease and I never had the chance to research the full system around dialysis treatment, equipment and services. Some legal concerns would be consent of the patient and or family/caretaker, the scope of treatment and types that can be given considering the level of illness patients have, the care with permission of patients and facilities to use cases and personal accounts, eventual death, wills, and patient care management during and after in outpatient services. Marketing must also be precise and sensitive with the informatio and level of conditions. John Hopkins would be my choice. They're market areas include brand management and production, estrategy and web services, and market research. Some areas are hemodialysis and renal transplantation.
