1) Which factors or range of issues need to be considered when incorporating cultural information into the program development, implementation, and evaluation for your health issue, keeping in mind your target population?

2) Please state which theory/model/assessment framework you will use to design your culturally-sensitive health program for your target population. Explain how this theory/model/assessment framework will help in the development of your program.

3) How you will integrate cultural and linguistic competence (specific to your population and culture) and culturally appropriate communication into your culturally-sensitive health program? In addition, please state specifically which Standards, Stages, Steps, Principles, Practices, Procedures, and/or Resources you will integrate into your program.

4) Please explain how you will ensure health literacy (and comprehension) of the health messages given in your culturally-sensitive health program. What steps will be taken to reach all those within your global population? Discuss strategies that will be used to address the health issue in your population, reduce health disparities and social determinants of health, and promote health.
