On January 20, 2017, President Donald Trump was sworn ti as the 45th President of the United States. In a article published in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), PubMed Central (PMC) and the National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, Sara Rosenbaum attempts to identify some of the more important features of this legislation.
