Hello everyone!

My name is Cass, I am currently taking this course to complete my bachelor’s degree in business in the spring!  I am not currently employed in my field of study, I plan to hopefully get an internship and slowly work my way out of the restaurant field I currently work in.  An organization’s structure can definitely impact its success.  A business needs to find the right organizational structure that works the best for their business.  Relationships and culture within an organization can definitely influence attainment of goals for the better.  Networking is always important.  I view conflict in the business environment as something that can be solved with the correct solution in place.  If I could have dinner with one person I would have it with the singer Halsey.  I just think she is a very strong, influential woman who stands up for what she believes in no matter what the consequence is and I respect that.
