"Find the general equation of the plane that passes through the line of intersection of the planes x − z = 1 and y + 2z = 3 and is perpendicular to the plane x + y − 2z = 1"

I am particularly experiencing difficulty visualizing the problem.

I do know that the general equation of the plane is: ax + by + cz + d = 0, but I do not know how to use the given information to find the final answer.
