Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Critical Thinking Assignment. It needs to be at least 750 words.
At the onset, this concept or argument is easy to believe because intelligence quotient is equated with technical proficiency that is related to the better performance of a job. Except of course when recent studies have already reported that IQ or intelligence quotient is not really the best measure of success or even a predictor of better job performance. It is in fact, emotional quotient or emotional intelligence that is a better predictor of job performance and success. Emotional intelligence is the intelligence that relates to how one is self-aware, manages himself or himself and how he or she relates to others. Translating this to everyday life or work, this means the aptitude to know ones capabilities and shortcomings and thereupon could ask others for collaboration so that such deficiency will be complemented by others.
