 .Once we met for discussion, I opened with a remark that touched on matters such as member’s seriousness, lateness, and other related matters. On his part, the second group member was the one responsible for giving topics and major areas that formed the bases of discussion. Once the members were informed of areas that were to be discussed, then they were free to make their contribution based on the information they obtained from the textbooks or on the internet. Sharing of tasks in a group exposed us to the skill of division of labor and specialization, aspects that are important for the achievement of organization objectives. As the result of the contribution and participation by each member, we were able to improve our communication skills as well as improved value for diversity. In my case, my leadership skills have highly improved an aspect that will be of importance in my future assignments.Apart from the description aspect that Gibbs' Reflective Cycle emphasizes on, it indicates reflection based on the feelings that arise during a learning process. Before the improvement of my communication skills as well as leadership qualities, I was feeling anxious and lack of confidence while talking to a group of people. I was also feeling demotivated by the questions that I was being asked by other people especially when they needed the explanation of a certain issue that I covered. In addition, I was not in a position to give a direction to others that would make us achieve the group objectives. .
